The new soon-to-open SpringHill Suites by Marriott Jacksonville Beach Oceanfront Hotel is now accepting resumes/applications for the position of Front Desk Supervisor. This beautiful custom built hotel will feature 156 suites and an oceanfront restaurant/bar.
Starting Hourly Pay - $18.00
JOB SUMMARY: The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a high quality of service offered to guests through the management of reservations, registration and guest accounting. The Supervisor must keep staff informed of all new policies and procedures, as well as help hire and train new associates at the front desk. Other duties include: Prepares department schedules; Generates reports; Assists with projects as assigned by the Front Office Manager. The Supervisor will also be trained to perform the Night Auditor functions. Work shifts and hours vary, weekend and holiday hours required. Excellent benefits package offered. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Prior customer service, supervisory, and hospitality experience are preferred. FOSSE PMS and Marriott experience highly preferred.
