Front Desk Supervisor - The Charter Job at East West
The Charter at Beaver Creek is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor. If you friendly and hard-working, we would love to meet you!
Primarily supervises front desk team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations for producing excellent feedbacks and guest satisfaction. Responds in a professional and courteous manner to guests by providing accurate and timely information and services.
Duties Include:
Responsible for the daily oversight of Front Office operations.
- Coordinates department specific training for new associates and on-going training for all associates.
- Oversees the registering of guests, issuing of room keys, providing information, processing payments for stay and all guest room move requests
- Acts as the Manager on Duty when necessary and carries out the duties required of a manager
- Assists the Front Office management team with resolving guest issues and requests.
- Assign and instruct Guest Service Agents daily tasks, observe performance and encourage adherence to standard procedures.
- Create SOP’s
- Assists with corrective action to continuously improve service results.
Location: The Charter and St. James Place, Managed by East West Hospitality - Beaver Creek, CO
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $26 / hour
Schedule: 40 hours / week, including weekends
- At least one year of full service/luxury leadership experience required.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in guest contact and problem resolution skills.
- Must be very detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments
