The Charter at Beaver Creek is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor. If you friendly and hard-working, we would love to meet you!

Primarily supervises front desk team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations for producing excellent feedbacks and guest satisfaction. Responds in a professional and courteous manner to guests by providing accurate and timely information and services.

Duties Include:

• Responsible for the daily oversight of Front Office operations.

• Coordinates department specific training for new associates and on-going training for all associates.
• Oversees the registering of guests, issuing of room keys, providing information, processing payments for stay and all guest room move requests
• Acts as the Manager on Duty when necessary and carries out the duties required of a manager
• Assists the Front Office management team with resolving guest issues and requests.
• Assign and instruct Guest Service Agents daily tasks, observe performance and encourage adherence to standard procedures.
• Create SOP’s
• Assists with corrective action to continuously improve service results.

Location: The Charter and St. James Place, Managed by East West Hospitality - Beaver Creek, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $26 / hour

Schedule: 40 hours / week, including weekends

• At least one year of full service/luxury leadership experience required.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in guest contact and problem resolution skills.
• Must be very detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments
