Job description

We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join our team in our Glen Carbon and Alton locations! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule appointments-Greet and assist onsite clients
  • Answer inbound telephone calls/Make outbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail-​Strong organizational skills

Benefits include: pay based on experience, PTO, monthly profit sharing potential, 401k.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
