Established and Successful Chiropractic office.
We are looking for a bilingual and Experienced Medical Front Office Manager that is also experienced with the medical aspect of Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury. You must be pro-active and monitor the office environment, able to take charge and offer problem-solving. The right candidate will speak fluent Spanish and possess excellent communication skills, enjoy working with a variety of personalities and have a strong passion for customer service.
We are offering a full time position.
We pay is hourly with yearly bonuses. Vacation pay and sick day pay is provided.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a smooth and efficiently run practice.
- Maintaining a professional and pleasant work environment.
- Scheduling patients and referrals.
- working in the front office on a computer.
- answering the telephone
- managing other employees.
