Responsibilities

The Frozen Manufacturing Team member is responsible for manufacturing frozen treats. This includes:

*Manufacturing ice cream, mangonadas and paletas. Ensuring all flavors are in stock at all times. *Following processes and recipes to ensure a consistent and high-quality output. *Ordering inventory and ensuring inventory is properly stocked. *Maintaining safety and sanitation standards. Includes maintaining manufacturing area as well as equipment clean. *Problem-solving *Communicate with the delivery and sales team to provide the customer the absolute best experience. *Stocking brick and mortar location until the delivery team is hired.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

Must be able to:

*Stand for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours) *Kneel and squat on the ground *Reach above the shoulder frequently *Lift and carry 40 lbs

Other Qualifications:

*Must have basic computer skills including email *High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust

Preferred Qualifications

*Must be Bilingual (Spanish & English) *3 years experience manufacturing frozen desserts *Previous experience using frozen dessert equipment *Previous experience using email, inventory tracking,

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Compensation is $11.50 - $12.00/hour.
