Our Hosts and Hostesses Greet all guests warmly Ensure that all guests are wished a fond farewell upon their departure Ensure menus are immaculate, accurate and kept orderly Rotate guest seating per Club procedures Build relationships with guests and staff Perform duties of all food and beverage service staff in high traffic periods as needed Maintain and ensure immaculate facilities for guests - Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the front of house and back of house areas.
