Full Charge Bookkeeper Job at Iberia Foods, Corp.
Qualifications
- An associate or bachelor's degree in a field such as accounting, finance or business
- 10+ years relevant experience working in accounting and bookkeeping
- Proficient skills in ERP and Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
- Some knowledge of pivot tables preferred, but not required
- Experience in distribution / wholesale preferred but not required
- High degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Bank reconciliations
- Monthly close
- Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, approving, processing payments
- Prepare financial reports through collection, analysis, and summarization of data
- Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on a monthly basis
- Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards
- Assisting with other administrative duties as needed
