What are we looking for?

Intertek Alchemy is actively seeking a passionate Full-Stack WordPress Developer to join the Engineering team in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will help optimize our marketplace for the learning platfrom Zosi Learning , and be part of a cross-functional team from conception to deployment.

What you'll do:

• Researching, planning, and implementation of technical solutions based on requirements
• Continuous site optimization for improved load times and performance
• Ongoing monitoring and implementation of site security updates
• Ownership of development, staging and production environments
• Overseeing, implementing, and synchronizing security, WordPress, PHP and plugin updates.
• Staying up to date with industry standards, incorporating and improving as warranted

Experience:

• WordPress
• Ecommerce
• HTML, CSS and Javascript/JQuery experience
• PHP
• DB experience (SQL)
• Advanced Custom Fields to facilitate dynamic content and automation
• Custom Post Types creation and implementation
• API integration
• Bootstrap
• Mobile optimization
