Full-Time Event Venue Manager at The Hofheimer Venue Job at The Hofheimer Building
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inquiry Communication: Respond to new and existing event/venue inquiries via phone, email, and text.
- Tour Appointments: Schedule and conduct site visits/tours for prospective event/venue clients.
- Contracts: Write and distribute new client contracts using the business' dedicated event software.
- Team Collaboration: Work directly with other event team members to transition prospective clients to clients for implementation of their event.
- Event Lead: Serve as the Event Lead (for day-of event) as needed based on event volume (this will include evening and weekend shifts).
- Event Support: Work directly with other event team members to transition prospective clients to clients for implementation of their event.
- Event Staff Scheduling: Determine availability of existing staff and schedule team members appropriately for event staffing needs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 5+ Years in Event and Restaurant Industry; 5+ Years in Event Sales
- Technical Skills: Technical online software experience, specific to the event and restaurant industry.
- Writing/Communications Skills: Ability to write contracts with accurate grammar, punctuation, and verbiage.
- Relationship Skills: Proven success in building and sustaining client relationships.
