Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist Job at Northwest Spine and Sport
Now hiring a Receptionist to join our comprehensive musculoskeletal Sports Medicine Team in McMinnville, Oregon. This is a full time position, Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:30pm.
The ideal candidate is a gracious, outgoing, and passionate person who cares for people and is excited about a holistic approach to medical care. Experience in medical office work is ideal, but not a requirement. We are willing to invest in a candidate who shares our values and is a perfect fit for our team.
Our clinic provides a professional and dedicated front desk staff, and a supportive team-centered environment.
Duties include:
· Greeting patients
· Answering phones
· Scheduling patients
· Collecting payments
· Explaining our approach to care
· Helping people understand their insurance
· Cleaning rooms and general areas
· Stocking necessary supplies and paperwork
Wages: Dependent on experience.
This position is eligible for the following benefits:
· 2 weeks paid vacation and 1 week sick time

All patients are required to wear masks at all times while in the building. We screen temperatures and inquire about any COVID related symptoms. Staff wear masks and maintain social distances at the best of our ability. Sanitation is strict and regular.
