Position Available:
Full time, 1st Shift Lead Custodian
Working Monday-Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm
Hourly wage is $22.00/hour.
$200 Hiring Bonus after 90 days of employment!

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist Operations Manager with overseeing that cleaning assignments are completed to expected standards
- Communicate with Operations Manager any issues reported to you by the customer
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all equipment, tools and supplies needed
- Use approved methods and materials in cleaning and caring for assigned facility
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping
- Operate floor equipment such as auto floor scrubbers and vacuums
- Empty trash receptacles
- General cleaning of furniture, windows, windowsills, and walls
- Stocking restrooms, janitorial closets, and breakrooms
- Light building maintenance
- Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager
Position Requirements:
- 2-3 years custodial/ janitorial experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Light maintenance experience
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to follow basic verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
