Full-Time Lead Host - Full/Part-Time Busser Job at TUSCAN TABLE
The Tuscan Table in South Portland, ME is looking for a Full Time Lead Host to manage our host stand and reservation system. Qualified applicants must be professional, dependable, and able to maintain the highest guest service standards under pressure.
Candidates ideally will have prior host experience, preferably in a supervisory or training role. The lead host will be responsible for new host training, process improvement, management of reservations and our online reservation system, communication with guests and restaurant management, and guest satisfaction. As the first and last person our guests typically see, the Lead Host is a vital role that requires a high level of energy, personality and enthusiasm!
We are also looking for a full or part-time Busser who can properly clean, clear, and reset tables effectively and efficiently. A bus person assists servers when needed and ensures the cleanliness of the restaurant. As a busser you must be willing to work on your feet for long periods of time while lifting up to fifty pounds on occasion.
