Full Time Receptionist/assistant Job at Bespoke Permanent Cosmetics
This is an entry-level position. We’d love to invite someone to the team who would grow with us as our clinic expands.
This position will be customer service heavy! Whether it’s greeting clients as they walk in, or answering the phone, texts, emails, media messages and assisting founder Cecilia Johnson.
Responsibilities
Managing front desk, sales and customer service using a computer, merchant devices, scheduling systems and social media platforms.
Greeting and directing clients with a friendly smile, answering questions and following up with their results.
Making sure our clinic runs smooth and it's ambiance is inviting and looking great for our clients at all times.
Qualifications
3 years of experience as a receptionist or equivalent. Must be comfortable with computer technology. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Open minded to learn new things.
MUST Submit the phone interview and skill test in order to be considered.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
