Job Description: Mill Steel is growing and we are looking to add to some incredible team members to our Supply Chain and Fulfillment team full time, we are seeking applicants in the following roles in the following positions:

Inside Sales: The Inside Sales team assists with the management of our existing customers needs in efforts to supply clients with product that meets their needs. The Inside Sales team works closely with various internal departments to move forward any inventory requests timely and efficiently.

Material Applications Coordinator: The Material Applications Coordinator assists with the management of our sellable inventory in efforts to supply our clients with product that meets their needs. The Material Applications Coordinator will be working closely with various internal departments to move forward any inventory requests timely and efficiently. The main tasks and responsibilities for this position are to be responsible for scheduling, inputting and overseeing/monitoring existing inventory in real time.

Quality Coordinator: The Quality Coordinator is responsible for documenting and communicating with our customers on matters surrounding material defects, industry standards and specifications, and environmental documents. This role is key in helping Mill Steel customers resolve any and all steel related issues.

Logistics Coordinator: The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for dispatching loads to/from our locations and outside processors, overseeing product schedules and impact on logistics, analysis of common lanes and ways to reduce cost, negotiation with carriers, and researching new or potential carriers for Mill Steel. This role is key in helping oversee all aspects of Mill Steel's supply chain.

Purchasing Coordinator: The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for sending purchase orders to steel mills/vendors, tracking the progress of those orders, expediting and properly communicating the timing of the material, and ultimately obtaining a quality product on time for our customer. Other responsibilities include invoice and account reconciliations, vendor relationship building, data collection and analysis, communicating effectively and timely with our fulfillment team and internal staff members. This role is key for maintaining and coordinating the flow of steel inventory into all areas of our business.

What you will have…

• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management/Fulfillment or other related business degree. We will also consider new graduates of Supply Chain Management
• Must have demonstrated high performance in problem solving, multitasking, teamwork and effective prioritization skills
• Should have strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Sense of humor!

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
