You’ll be the front line of our debt collection business. You'll have a portfolio of accounts and will locate and negotiate with customers to find an affordable repayment solution, enabling customers to free themselves of a headache and you to achieve your monthly goals.

What are we looking for?

While the role is remote, we will aim to get together regularly for support, development and celebration. For that reason you must live within a reasonable commute to Asheville, NC. You don't need prior collections experience and could be working in other sectors, but you will be tech savvy and able to navigate comfortably between various software applications. Our targets are achievable and we’ll give you all of the training required to know what to say and when. We work hard but have fun, so if you're resilient, a self-starter and able to build rapport, we'd love to hear from you.

Remote Work Requirements - Needs to reside in Asheville North Carolina

• We will provide the equipment you’ll need such as monitor, webcam, headset and tech requirements
• Must have reliable high-speed internet capable of continuously supporting excellent call quality
• Have a quiet and private location from which to work including a suitable desk and chair
• The ability to connect to video conferencing via your phone or tablet

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
