Must be able to work nights and weekends (some holidays included).

Must be able to work 6-8 hours on your feet.

Are able to lift at least 20 lbs.

Are able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Essential responsibilities:

Maintains the "Peace, love and ice cream" culture at all times (greets customers, offers samples, demonstrates store pride, etc).

Follows all applicable food safety rules, (including dress code and food storage rules).

Use of POS system/ basic cash handling.

Available late summer nights (past 11pm) and weekends (some holidays).

Has a “can do” attitude and is a people person, has a infectious smile and willing to grow with our network.

As a Manager, you would be required to possess the following:

Must have at least 2 years of retail food experience

Must understand small business operations and all its related concepts.

Must be watchful and controlling with labor and cost of goods matrix this is vital

Has to be accountable for driving sales up and keeping costs down.

Honest with integrity!

Take ownership of and take the business to the next level.

Must not be afraid of work and especially hard work.

Must be available to work the nights, weekends and holidays, this is a desert business, its not a 9-5 job.

Must understand technology and be great with social media and paperwork.
