Future Talent Program – Maintenance Technician
Our Future Talent Program - Technical Track is an 18- month program that will develop your technical skills in an accelerated process to become leading technical experts. Our company is committed to investing in developing capabilities, ensuring we have the people, processes and tools that are critical to achieving our strategy.
From day one you will be delivering results as a true team member following a structured development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position to grow into a future role.
The plan will include a collaboration in different projects and activities within your own department as well as formal training and mentorship. Work and meet with colleagues from all over the world and develop a network of Service Delivery Engineers. This program will give you broad insight to the company, our culture and values. After the program ends you will have gained great experiences to help continue your exciting career within our company.
The program starts on July 10, 2023.
We have 7 positions available for anylocation in the United States.
You will be travelling 80% of your time to our customer sites.
Tetra Pak is not considering applicants Internal and External who require International relocation to the United States.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do
Future Talent Maintenance Technician
The Customer Service Operations (CSO) team works in seamless collaboration with Market Operations, provides exemplary service to our customers, because the goal is to deliver the best services to the customer on quality and safety.
We make CSO an efficient and engaging place to work.
- Learn and participate in execution of preventive maintenance activities, training on the job if required
- Requesting spare parts and placing orders according to maintenance process and recommendations
- Develop skills for monitoring equipment conditions and restore operational basics
- Develop skills for supporting operators during production to ensure the line is running properly
- Participate in installation events, training on the job if required.
- Helping in creating clean and tidy environment around the machine
- Execute all work in accordance to OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team

- Are communicative to understand customer needs and willing to learn
- Have technical school/college background in Mechanics
- Finished or will finish your technical school/college studies between June 2021 and June 2023
- Have availability to travel 80% of the time
