Noble Hospitality, an award winning operator and developer of hotels, is seeking experienced candidates for the position of General Manager at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Dodge City, KS. Located in the heart of Dodge City, adjacent to downtown and local attractions, the hotel is well positioned for success.
We are seeking applicants for this position who can demonstrate a consistent work history of providing effective day-to-day leadership that results in bottom line success and the development of committed hospitality professionals. Candidate will have the proven ability to create and maintain a unique guest experience while executing within brand and company standards.
This is the top level position in a mid-sized select service hotel and the General Manager is responsible for a range of functions encompassing sales, operations and asset management. Most importantly, the General Manager is tasked with building the awareness of the hotel and brand in the community resulting in the business becoming the market leader. IHG experience is a plus.
