General Manager - Philly Pretzel Factory
Philly Pretzel Factory is currently seeking an experienced General Manager who has a passion for serving fresh, quality products while delivering fanatical customer service. We are seeking a natural leader with a positive can-do attitude who will manage the day-to-day operations of the store, this is a hands-on working manager. The number one goal for this position is to drive topline revenue to realize bottom-line profits. Store hours are 9am – 6pm and operating hours are 7am-7pm so no late nights.
Qualifications:
· Must have at least 3-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry.
· All candidates must have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
· Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
· Food Safety Certification preferred.
· Early mornings, weekends and holidays are a must.
Responsibilities:
· The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all company standards for product quality, fanatical customer service and cleanliness are being followed.
· Recruit, hire, and develop a team that delivers on all brand standards.
· Daily hands-on management of production, sanitation, and equipment maintenance.
· Utilizing cost control procedures, financial accounting, and inventory and labor management to maximize profits.
· All cash handling and accountability including bank deposits.
Compensation:
· $45,000 per year
· Stay on Bonus: 25% End of Year Profit Sharing
