Perform physical tasks to transport or store materials or equipment as directed by the Senior Systems Technician. Duties involve one or more of the following: manually loading or unloading freight, transporting devices; unpacking and packing deployment materials.
- Inventory Management and maintain Inventory logs;
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures;
- Mass Inventory management;
- Load, unload, layout and prep tools/supplies/equipment/materials needed as requested by supervisor.
- Assist in the facilitation of local deployment sites.
- Assist the Systems Technicians with any technical equipment as requested.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers;
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service;
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices;
- High school diploma or GED required;
- Already possess or the ability to obtain a valid Alaska driver’s license;
- Good driving record with no significant vehicle traffic violations;
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills;
- The ability to be at work consistently and predictably;
- Good work ethic and strong team worker.
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with OSHA standards and other federal, state and local standards.
- Must be able to carry test equipment, tools, and site equipment in excess of 100 pounds.
- Must be physically capable of performing the essential work duties.
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Not afraid of heights and willing to travel.
- Observance of a level of personal hygiene/appearance that meets generally accepted business standards and expectations.
