As a Greeter you will work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, environment to deliver the best dining experience to our guests by:
- Greeting guests in a friendly and inviting manner
- Engaging in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion
- Always sincerely thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to return
- Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations and fast paced environment.
- Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
- Assist guests in making reservations as they call or arrive at the restaurant utulizing the Open Table reservation system
- Seat guests correctly at assigned tables and provide them with necessary supplies such as menus, silverware, high chairs etc.
- Answer incoming telephone calls within 3 rings in a friendly and professional manner.
- Be able to multi-task between assisting guests as they arrive, anwering the telephone, and assisting co-workers.
Physical Requirements:
- Stand, walk, lift/carry 11-20 lbs - Constantly
- Use hands/fingers, reach outward, climb stairs, bend, push/pull 10-25 lbs - Frequently
- Reach above shoulder, squat, kneel, lift/carry 21-50 lbs, push/pull 26-40 lbs - Occasionally
