Livano North Charleston Apartments are a 332-unit Class A, luxury mid-rise community that is located in North Charleston. We are interviewing skilled, dedicated candidates for a full-time Groundskeeper position. The ideal candidate has experience as a Groundskeeper as well as cleaning, superb customer service skills, and is a dedicated worker with an eye for detail.

GROUNDSKEEPER JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Picking up community grounds & maintaining
• Cleaning the office and amenity areas
• Removal of trash in common areas
• Daily running the trash compactor
• Cleaning exterior buildings and breezeway
• Weekly vacuuming each floor, wiping down windowsills and baseboard cleaning
• Touch up and sparkle vacant units before move-ins
• Pressure washing as needed
• Use of ladders for light changes
• Good customer service skills with an eye for detail
• Team player, able to work independently, take direction from others and have strong communication skills
• Other job duties as assigned by Supervisor
• Will require lifting, pulling, bending, and stooping
• Must have reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license
