Group Fitness Instructor/Coach Job at Fit Theorem Deer Park
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Fitness Coach to join our fitness & weight loss center. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering safe and effective group fitness sessions, as well as a strong desire to help others achieve their fitness goals. In addition to leading group fitness classes, this role also includes some desk duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and complete required training
- Deliver safe and effective group fitness kickboxing sessions
- Motivate and engage members to achieve their fitness goals
- Provide guidance and support to members to help them reach their fitness goals
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and progress
- Communicate effectively with members, staff and management
- Comply with all safety and liability regulations
- Perform desk duties, such as greeting members, answering phones, and handling membership inquiries and concerns
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of prior experience as a group fitness instructor or related experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for health and fitness
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
