Group Fitness - Sales / Coach Job at Fit Theorem Deer Park
We are looking for a fitness professional with sales and group fitness experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for group fitness and a proven track record of success in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Lead Group Fitness Sessions
- Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized workout plans
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Continuously educate oneself on industry trends and developments
- Desk duties including but not limited to answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for fitness and helping others
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
