GTP CORPORATE LEGAL COUNSEL (F/M/X)
GLOBAL TUNGSTEN & POWDERS CORP., TOWANDA, USA
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, review, negotiate and administer all appropriate legal documents and contracts
- Evaluate new business partnerships with customers, vendors and subcontractors
- Enhance and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters in cooperation with corporate legal
- Advise the company of and protect the company against legal risks and violations
- Examine the legal issues related to new products and services
- Working with outside counsel and manage outside counsel on litigation matters
REQUIREMENTS
- You bring a Juris Doctor degree with you as well as a license to practice law in Pennsylvania or other US jurisdiction
- A minimum of 3-7 years relevant experience particularly with transactions and other business contracts with a US law firm, in-house or in the government-military
- Background in corporate, transactional or other business practice, including experience with business contracts
- Outstanding negotiation skills and customer orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as highly analytical thinking with strong attention to detail
- US person or green card holder with the ability to travel domestic and international as needed
