Guest Experience Associate - Branson Aquarium Job at Aquarium at the Boardwalk

Aquarium at the Boardwalk is thrilled to be open seven days a week, and we need friendly, energetic, and dependable Team Members to:
- Welcome guests in a pleasant and engaging way.
- Tell them all about the fun things awaiting them inside our aquarium.
- Accurately collect payments and process transactions.
- Snap fun photos of guests at our Giant Pacific Octopus photo op.
- Assist guests in scanning their tickets at the turnstile.
- Direct guests as they enter and exit our Submarine Adventure.
- Regularly walk through the attraction to assure that it always looks its best.
- Share fish safety information with guests.
- Encourage guests to take home photos & souvenirs from the Gift Shop.
- Lend a hand where needed.
Requirements:
A background in guest services, sales, as well as some cash handling experience are desirable but not as important as a down-to-earth, can-do attitude, and a good presentation. We’ll train you to shine!
What We Offer:
- Min Guaranteed $15.00 Per Hour (Includes Hourly Wage + Average Bonus)
- Health Insurance - Company Pays 100% of Team Member’s Premium (F/T only)
- Option to Add Family Members to Insurance (F/T only)
- 30-40 Hours Per Week
- Time & 1/2 Paid for Working Overtime (More than 40 Hours in a Week)
- Time & 1/2 Paid for Working on Company Holidays
