Lucid Hospitality, is currently searching for a remarkable Guest Service Agent who is open to a different management assignments to join our team. Overall Responsibilities

The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional service to every guest while simultaneously maximizing hotel profitability. Furthermore, the will Guest Service Agent be responsible for ensuring that all hotel operations are performed professionally and adhere to the brand and company standards. Other responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

• Directing and coordinating the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest service, and maintenance.
• Maximizing ADR and Occupancy.
• Maintaining a cooperative and positive /fun work environment.
• Performing hotel administrative functions as required.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule

Requirements:

• Candidates for Guest Service Agent must have a minimum of 1 years of hospitality experience.
• OnQ certified or PEP preferred
• Desire to to be part of TEAM hotel.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service results as measured through guest satisfaction.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office – Word, Excel.
• Ability to read, write and speak English, with excellent grammar and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Flexibility in scheduling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
