ZLA Solutions has immediate openings for a Guest Service Representative at
UAB Hospital in Birmingham, AL.

Position Summary:

To transport patients internally throughout the hospital complex. To provide a safe, timely, comfortable, and courteous transportation for each patient.

Description:

-To provide assistance for all patients, family or visitors that have a need or want while in the hospital, traveling to the hospital or after the hospital stay. Interact with patients, family and visitors to ensure needs are met while stationed behind guest services desk, in the main concourses, in the patient escort areas or other areas as assigned by guest services managers.

-Meets productivity standards consistently and effectively while interacting and responding to patients, coworkers, and guests.

-Respond to the unique needs of neonatal, pediatrics, adolescents and geriatric patients as needed, using the appropriate equipment to provide healthcare and demonstrate sensitivity to psychosocial needs of all populations.

- Attitude & Approach in a courteous and caring manner toward all patients, guests, families, visitors, and staff.

Requirements:

-HS Diplomas or GED

-Available to work rotating weekends & holiday shifts

-Must be able to pass a background check & pre-employment drug screen.

A misdemeanor/felony record may not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
