Each one of our 50+ Ambassadors bring something different to the team! Whether communicating face to face or over the phone, you will solve problems of all kinds. Instantly build rapport and make a difference in someone’s day with just one interaction. Ease stress by providing wayfinding directions and answering general questions about URMC or get your steps in by transporting guests by wheelchair throughout UR Medicine’s flagship facility! You are the right candidate if looking to make a positive impact to the patient/family experience. Successful Ambassadors can handle ambiguity and thrive on change while demonstrating patience, excellent listening skills and empathy.

We serve our guests 24/7, 365 days a year so the ability to work weekends and holidays is essential. Ambassadors will also be required to wear an approved uniform. New York State vaccine mandate applies.

Requirements: High school diploma and 2-3 years customer service related work experience preferred. COVID-19 Vaccination required.
