Guest Services Specialist (Reservations/Front Desk) - SPI Rentals Job at SPI Rentals, LLC
SPI Rentals is a vacation rental management company located on South Padre Island, Tx. We manage over 185 private homes and condos on the island and are growing! We are looking for a friendly, energetic and reliable individual to join our team as a Guest Service Specialist. Responsibilities include:
- performing check-in and check-out tasks
- answering phones calls related to guest services
- answering emails related to guest services
- making new reservations and assisting guests with their existing reservations
- delivering outstanding customer service to our guests, home owners, realtors, vendors and all community members while maintaining our reception desk
- assisting guests with any issues or concerns they have (problem resolution)
- performing other office tasks as needed
Our ideal candidate works well in a fast paced environment, strives as part of a team or individually, has great organizational and multitasking skills, and is eager to assist guests!
This is a full time position, 40 hrs per week. Our office is open from 7AM to 11PM every day, including holidays. Full time shifts are typically 7AM - 4PM, 10AM - 7PM, or 2PM - 11PM, however, applicants must be able to work between 7AM - 11PM.
SPI Rentals does provide paid vacation after 1 year, 401K matching, & health insurance.
