Motley Hair Studio is looking to build a diverse staff of industry professionals. Motley is a progressive space. Our pricing is by hair lengths and not by sex. Silent appointments are an option for our clients. Self-expression, artistry and individuality are highly encouraged.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Established hairstylists with a following; small or large. Hiring bonus after 6 months of employement.
Cosmetology license or permit is required. Experience with salon computer software is a plus but we can train.

WHAT WE DO
Motley will provide education to facilitate the artist in you. All employees will be supported with training from the owner who has filled their books by mastering their craft and building relationships with their clients. You will learn not only technical skills but how to utilize social media and maximize your income. You will work for someone as invested in your success as you are.
Learn advanced techniques like balayage, teasylights, babylights, vivid color, platinum card, razor cutting, shags and mullets, hand-tied, beaded, keratin fusion and tape in extensions.
Learn how to take the best possible photos/videos of your work and utilize social media to grow your clientele and popularity.

COMPENSATION
50% service commission (would consider higher for someone with a very busy book)
10% Commission on retail sales.
Commissioned employees will have the opportunity for cash and material bonuses!
Full and part time positions available.
