This Halal Standar Operating Procedures are in place and shall be followed in every circumstance when Halal product is produced.
Halal Blessers:
· Must be practicing Muslim
· It shall be required that Halal Blessers (a.k.a Halal slaughter men) be present and supervising on the slaughter lines whenever Halal slaughter takes placed.
· Halal Blessers shall only be permitted to be individuals that have been pre-approved by Halal Transactions, Inc.
· Halal Blessers shall be trained in the safety requirements of the plant (Pitman Farms), shall be interviewed by representatives of Halal Transactions, Inc. (HTO) to ensure that they are aware of the Halal requirements and are competent for their position.
· Perform monthly reports for Halal sales (domestic and exported) shall be reported to Halal Transactions, Inc. immediately.
Requirements:
Fluent in English (read, write, & speak)
Must be able to work under extreme temperature, humidity and wetness (50 to 90 degrees)
Must be able to work with heights (2ft to 3ft platform)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
