About This Role

Every position at Common Citizen from seed to sale, is contributing to our mission to serve our fellow citizens of Michigan with the highest quality, safest cannabis product through our highly individualized and education-oriented provisioning centers. The Harvest team is responsible for harvesting the plants and everything between that and packaging it for sale. We harvest plants on a weekly basis while also trimming, packaging, and cleaning.

Responsibilities

· Handle all company products and tools with extreme care

· Understand Cleanliness and Contamination

· Cleaning tools

· Chopping Plants

· Correctly using/reading a scale

· Visually Identify strains

· Visually Identify defects

· De-leafing Plants

· De-bucking Plants

· Hand/Machine Trimming

· Labeling Product

· Packaging Product

· Understanding Harvest Schedule

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to sit/stand/walk for long periods of time

• Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.

• Reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.

• Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
