What You’ll Do:
Monitor parking lot for parking control and guest safetyClear car windshields and windows of snow and check for parking passes
Assist keeping parking lot and sidewalks safe for guest travel
Assist hotel guests with ski equipment retrieval and storage
Assist with front desk and lobby guest needs
Assist guests with skis and luggage, when needed
Assist keeping lobby floor dry and safe from snow melt
Assess, optimize, and anticipate guest and member needs

Communicate efficiently with all Gravity Haus Teammates to create a memorable guest experience.

Educate guests on our Gravity Haus Membership benefits.

Provide anticipatory guest service to ensure a comfortable stay.

Greet all arrivals to the building and assist in direction with parking

Assist with Haus Quiver gear execution as needed

Own and assist with all luggage handling, building orientation and vehicle management

Collectively work towards driving revenue across the Gravity Haus family.

Be a bridge between all operations and front desk

Report any guest/member issues and concerns.

Participate in company meetings and communicate on the intercompany Slack channels.
Ensure the consistent execution of service standards.
Cultivate friendships and loyalty within the Gravity Haus community

Be a Gravity Haus Ambassador with an active part in our mission and vision.

Provide a genuine and elevated guest experience with a community focus, sustainable approach and driven attitude.
