Requirements

As a Team Member, you will prepare our fresh menu items according to recipes, while serving up an outstanding experience for our customers. A key part of your job will be consistently maintaining our high standards for quality, service, teamwork, food safety and cleanliness. You also should be:

• Friendly, outgoing and eager to engage with customers
• Highly aware and detail-oriented
• Open to training and Zoup!isms (our business’ guiding principles)
• Available to work during our weekday lunch hours

As a Shift Manager at Zoup!, you will manage groups of Team Members, promote the Zoup! culture and prepare and serve our fresh menu items, while creating an outstanding experience for our customers. A key part of your job will be to consistently maintain and manage our high standards for quality, service, teamwork, food safety and cleanliness. Zoup! Shift Managers also must be:

• Excellent communicators who are positive, outgoing and eager to engage with customers
• Able to supervise Team Members and lead the Zoup! culture
• Highly aware and detail-oriented
• Open to training and willing to follow and reinforce procedures
• Able to demonstrate knowledge of our brand and menu items
