HCM Implementation Manager Job at Mosaic
Location: Hybrid Work Environment Office is located in Greenwood Village, CO, but will also consider Remote candidates

Mosaic currently has an open position for: HCM Implementation Manager. The HCM Implementation Manager will perform the following:
- Conduct discovery meetings with new clients regarding module specific requirements to ensure accurate configuration of the new platform.
- Review client current processes and establish best practices for use in the new platform.
- Perform module specific audits and data validation on data imported from client spreadsheets into the new UKG Ready system
- Provide module specific training to the client in order to develop confidence to navigate in the new platform
- On time and accurate implementation of module based upon client requirements and agreed upon Go Live dates.
Qualifications: Candidates for the HCM Implementation Manager possess the following background and experience:
- Experience with implementation HCM products
- Strong HR/HRIS systems background
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a high volume, deadline driven environment
Schedule: Full time salaried. Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Some weeks may require additional hours due to business needs.
