Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center is recognized as one of the highest-performing neurological care and stroke centers in the US. Caring for thousands of patients a year, the neurology team helps individuals and families through our multidiscipline team approach including; physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, social workers, and a full array of support services. We offer a one-year UCNS (United Council for Neurologic Subspecialties) accredited fellowship in Headache Medicine. In this position the Headache Fellows work as part of the Headache team with four faculty, three APPs, and three nurses to treat a wide variety of headache patients.
This is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the management of headache which is very prevalent in the general population. Opportunities to participate in multiple clinical research studies, accomplish an individual research project, present at national and regional meetings, teach residents and medical students, as well as participate in peer reviewed publications are all part of this special fellowship.
Requirements:
- BC/Be in neurology or internal medicine
- Ability to obtain/maintain a NH medical license.
