Healthcare Recruiter – Chicago, Illinois - Hybrid
Job Summary:
- Ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding out the market for health care opportunities primarily in nursing, therapy, and non clinical roles in schools and medical facilities.

Job Duties:
- Perform full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
- Recruit for health care candidates by developing networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Create and maintain lists of potential targets for particular openings.
- Work with credentialing team to make sure candidates have all necessary and up to date licenses.
Qualifications:
- Preferred 1 - 3 years experience in recruiting in nursing or other health care related roles
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills required
Compensation:
- Base Salary + commission structure
- Comprehensive benefits
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
