The Senior Recruiter will provide mentorship and guidance to team members, serving as a recruitment subject matter expert. The Hospital TA Specialist will work to uphold the values and mission statement of the organization, and will ensure quality outcomes for candidate placements. Experience in healthcare recruitment and retention is highly preferred!
