HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Responsible for providing Tier I & Tier II computer technical support received through phone calls, and tickets
  • Responsible for troubleshooting Windows 10 OS, Microsoft Office 365 Suite, various software applications, and hardware support issues by identifying problems, investigating causes, and recommending solutions
  • Expected to work with hardware suppliers and software companies used within our environment to investigate problems and resolve issues
  • Provides a high level of customer service when interacting with the user base
  • Support and provide feedback to ensure continual process improvement

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education: High School Diploma/GED; Associates degree preferred
  • Required Experience: 3+ years of directly related experience supporting help desk operations supporting Windows OS operating system environments
  • Required Technical Skills: Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Operating System and Office 365 product suite; A+ Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment; Technical knowledge of computing laptop hardware and technologies
  • Security Clearance Level: Active NACLC (T3) required
  • Required Skills and Abilities: Ability to work independently in order to solve technical problems
  • Location: Ft Detrick/Frederick, Maryland
  • U.S. Citizenship Required
