Our client is a family-owned and operated healthcare company offering innovative skilled nursing, rehabilitative, and assisted living services in Boston, MA. They are in search of LPNs , new grads are welcome to apply as well.

Part of your duties will be:
- Observing and monitoring basic patient health such as vital signs and overall condition
- Providing personal care, such as helping with changing dressings, bathing, and toileting
- Asking for patient histories and maintaining documentation
- Consulting with RNs on care plans
Qualifications:
- Must possess an LPN license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Must be willing to work in multiple locations based on client needs
- Prior skilled nursing experience preferred
