- Cultivates professional long-term business relationships with current and prospective suppliers. Tracks and provides feedback on harvest performance.
- Schedules the targeted number of market pigs for the facility while optimizing pig flow through the plant. Owns and works to improve the scheduling process.
- Acts as the partner between the plant and our suppliers to address any concerns or issues.
- Communicates and promotes plant and compliance requirements to our suppliers.
- Provides forecasts to the business on expected harvest levels.
- Remote 2-3 days a week

Preferred- Bachelors or better in Business Management
