TLC provides intermittent, part-time, or extended hours of all our services. .

To join our growing team, we're looking for RNs and LPNs with a background in home health care. The ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in long-term care and will be responsible for providing patient care. Routine duties include organizing patient medications, providing nutritional counseling and assisting with rehabilitation exercises. As a Home Care Nurse you will be responsible for assessing physical and cognitive abilities, and modifying your care plan as needed to meet unique needs.

Responsibilities:

• Be caring and compassionate toward patients and their caretakers.
• Monitor, record, and communicate changes in patient's condition and respond as appropriate to the needs of the patient and family.
• Adhere to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and other governmental regulations.
• Use good judgment when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Demonstrate proper infection control measures.
• Work as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
