CNA/Home Health Aide
We are looking for qualified and compassionate CNAs and HHAs to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan.
Responsibilities
- Perform domestic and household tasks
- Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital
- Medication reminders
- Assist with clients personal care activities--bathing, cleaning etc.
- Maintain patients care records and document provided services
- Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
- Instruct and counsel patients and families on diet and exercise
- Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
Requirements
- Pennsylvania CNA License or HHA Certification
- Covid-19 Vaccination Per City of Philadelphia Mandate
- Proven working experience as home health aide
- Ability to monitor vital signs and to collect specimens
- Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
- Proficiency in English
- Nursing and health care administration skills
- Caring and compassionate personality
- Valid driver’s license or State ID
- High school degree
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
Standard shift:
- Day shift
- Night shift
Supplemental schedule:
- Holidays
- On call
- Overtime
Weekly schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Caregiving: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- PA State ID (Required)
- Home Health Aide Certification (Required)
