Home Health/Hospice Nurse Job at Guardian Angel Home Health
Come join our team!! Busy, local, well established Home Health and Hospice company has immediate openings for full time field nurses in home health and hospice care.
Our agency is rapidly expanding and we are hiring Registered Nurses effective immediately. We work with patients of all ages and backgrounds who require daily care in their homes. Most of our patients are elderly and/or terminally ill, so we hire the most compassionate and thoughtful talent in the field. You will be responsible for managing a heavy caseload, so time management skills are essential. However, it is important to provide each patient with the time and attention necessary to meet his or her needs. Requirements:
Current NM or Compact State Registered Nurse license required
New grads and experienced RN's are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Compassionate and friendly demeanor
Ability to travel to multiple patients homes
Ability to complete all documentation via computer program.
Hired candidate(s) will protect the home care agency by adhering to professional standards, home care policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements.
Work throughout the San Juan County area. Mileage paid. Company offers generous paid time off. Insurance benefits available.
