Local and Travel RN opportunity! Experienced Home Health RN needed for a lucrative and rewarding contract assignment offered by HumanEdge Allied Health. The ideal Home Health RN for this contract is independent, highly skilled, compassionate, and has at least one year of experience in Home Health.
- Location: Tucker, GA
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Productivity: 30 units (weighted by visit type) for 40 hours
- EMR System: HomeCare HomeBase
- Territory: Covers branch service area
- Complete in-home nursing visits
- Attending meetings as needed
- Working closely with other providers
- Dispensing medications
- Electronic charting
- Patient and caregiver education
- Degree in Registered Nursing from an accredited program - ASN, BSN or MSN preferred
- RN licensure in state where services will be rendered - Compact licensure accepted in applicable states
- 1+ year of experience as a Home Health RN
- 1+ year of experience with OASIS
- 1+ year of experience in electronic charting - HCHB preferred
- BLS
All HumanEdge compensation packages are custom made to meet your goals and needs, and will vary for each individual. Packages for Home Health RNs typically range from $1600 - $2000 or more per week. Travel stipends are available for those who qualify.
