Hospice LPN Job at Keystone Hospice
Keystone Hospice, located in Eagle, is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for our Hospice LPN position. Hospice LPNs utilize their end-of-life knowledge and skill to provide support to RN Case Managers and their patients. The successful candidate possesses a current LPN license, is a team player, and exhibits an outgoing, professional, and compassionate presence.
Keystone is changing hospice care in Idaho with our exceptional clinical care, dedicated and specialized team, low nurse-to-patient ratios, and unique holistic approach. As the only hospice owned and operated by a Veteran in the Northwest, we believe that success is achieved when we value our staff as our number one asset and provide greater access to care for our patients. We are a rapidly growing hospice program dedicated to providing only the highest quality of end-of-life care. Our nurses visit patients where they reside, which could include private homes, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities.
