Registered Nurse – Hospice
Are you a compassionate Nurse but looking to leave the hospital setting and have more flexibility in your day? This opportunity could be the one for you! Large healthcare system is seeking a FULL TIME Hospice Registered Nurse to join their team! As the RN, you will assist patients with different medical care per patient’s care plan, as well as work with families and health care providers to meet the patient’s needs to live a comfortable life in their home. The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of nursing experience in Hospice or Home Health or Med surge setting. You will be joining a financially stable, rapidly growing hospital affiliated team that is recognized for their all-star patient care delivery throughout the Farmington Hills Region for 50+ years!
Responsibilities:
- Caseload: 25-30 patients/week
- Responsible for providing Hospice services throughout counties in specified area. Your territory of coverage will be within a specified zip code radius of your home, keeping your caseload locations as close to each other as possible. The Hospice Registered Nurse will be providing individualized patient care in their natural home setting.

- Washtenaw County
- Wayne County
- Macomb County
- Livingston County
- Oakland County
Schedule:
Full time hours
Monday – Friday; Days
Salary: $36-$45/hour

Qualifications:
- MUST be RN licensed in the state of MI
- One year nursing experience is required
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Associates in Nursing or higher
- Ability to work independently
