Hotel Front Desk / Customer Success Manager Job at Bnb Buddy
We manage several hotels in the Lake Placid / Saranac Lake region and are looking for team members to help us with guest relations. The ideal candidate will be a service minded team player with hospitality experience.
This role is customer focused. You will work at the front desk, but this is not a transactional role.
In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for all guest communications before and after their stay
- Answer guest questions
- Address service issues
- Help guests check-in
- Monitor inventory of guest supplies
- Report maintenance issues
- Assist with housekpeeking and laundry operations as needed
We want team members who take pride in the property and go above and beyond in taking care of our guests.
We are seeking someone with:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in customer service
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems
- The ability to handle guest service issues online and in-person
- Strong willingness to learn
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Weekend availability
