Hotel Front Office Manager Job at Hilton Garden Inn Hotel
Our Hilton located on Airport Way is looking for a Full-Time Front Office Manager to join their amazing team!
Full availability to work any shift weekdays, weekends, & holidays
Pay: Starting at $18.00 - $22.00 DOE
Duties:
· Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance
· Work as part of the team - No I in team atmosphere
· Answer telephone calls from guests seeking to make or cancel hotel reservations
· Work with Rooms Manager to ensure all rooms are clean and ready
· Complete all guest rewards and other assigned training
· Deal with difficult guests/work well under pressure
· Keep Maintenance and all Team Members informed of all maintenance issue requests
· Cash Handling
· Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and team members, reporting any issues to managers
· Create Front Office schedules
· Willingness to learn all departments and assist as needed
· Provide guest with access to hotel services
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2+ years hotel guest relations management experience
- ONQ experience STRONGLY preferred
- 1-year Corporate Lodging experience (preferred)
- Hilton hotel experience (strongly preferred)
- 1-year night audit experience
- Housekeeping knowledge
- Food service knowledge
